HRE Wheels Open House 2012
We were posted at the HRE Wheels open house this past Saturday. It was a busy weekend for us, with Comic Con weekend and evening events at the shop (5&A Dime) but we couldn’t miss this event. The walk through the factory was awesome, we got to see what it was like inside the head quarters that set the standard for what wheels on a car should be like. Inside the facility we found exotic super cars on HRE wheels along with Volkswagen and Nissans and outside we saw even more super euro cars and Japanese cars sitting on variety of HRE wheels.
We arrived early to set up the booth for the event and from the beginning we heard the sound of high rev cars downshifting as they arrived to the event. Falken tires, BBI, and Targa Trophy all brought heat and in our booth we brought the Spoon S2000 sitting on Jongbloed racing wheels. Across from us was Stance Works and Mike’s beautiful old school BMW and I was really excited to finally see that car in person.

The homies chillin’ at the booth, we had the coolest spot…coolest as in we had to put on a sweater to stay warm while everyone around us were sweating in the sun.
